Functional Fitness Class

Our Functional Fitness classes focus on strength, conditioning, and movement that supports everyday performance. Expect a mix of bodyweight, resistance, and circuit-based training, great for building total-body fitness. 

Mondays and Fridays at 7:00 PM 

All levels welcome!

Strength Class

Our Strength classes focus on foundational lifts and smart programming to build muscle, increase power, and improve overall strength. Perfect for those looking to train with purpose and progress.​

Baby Gains [NEW]

A class designed specifically for mums who are ready to feel strong again, physically and mentally, in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Led by Emma, this postnatal-safe class focuses on rebuilding full body strength, confidence, and connection after pregnancy, while allowing you to train alongside your baby. 

Babies are welcome in class, and all exercises are carefully adapted to support postnatal recovery and long-term strength.

Every Monday & Thursdays at 1 PM

Reconnecting with your strength, one session at a time.
