Functional Fitness

What it is:

A full-body training session combining strength, cardio, and conditioning.

What to expect:

  • Circuits, bodyweight & resistance work

  • High-energy, coached sessions

  • Scalable for all fitness levels

Best for:

- General fitness, fat loss, improving endurance

Times:

Mondays & Fridays 7:00 PM

Strength Classes

What it is:

Structured strength training focused on building muscle, improving technique, and getting stronger.

What to expect:

  • Progressive programming

  • Coaching on form & technique

Best for:

Building muscle, gaining strength, improving confidence in the gym.

Times:

Wednesdays 7:00 PM

Women's Only Fitness Class

What it is:

A comfortable, supportive space for women to train confidently.

What to expect:

  • Strength + Fitness Training

  • No judgement environment

  • Coaching tailored to your level

Best for:

- Beginners, confidence building, women who prefer private training spaces

Times:

Saturdays 9:00 AM

Baby Gains Class

What it is:

A supportive class designed for mums getting back into training. 

What to expect:

  • Low-pressure, welcoming environment

  • Safe return-to-training approach

  • Baby-friendly space

Best for:

Postnatal recovery, rebuilding strength, meeting other mums

Times:

Mondays & Thursdays 1:00 PM
