Our Functional Fitness classes focus on strength, conditioning, and movement that supports everyday performance. Expect a mix of bodyweight, resistance, and circuit-based training, great for building total-body fitness.

Mat Pilates Class
A low-impact class designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and control. Nora guides you through mindful movement and breathwork to help you feel stronger, more aligned, and balanced.
